Golf Classic a Success
On September 8, 2011, the Ranger Insurance Charity Golf Classic took place at the Southwood Golf & Country Club and, like every year, combined hockey’s unofficial off-season activity of golf with a great cause – supporting the Winnipeg Jets True North Foundation. The tournament generated over $40,000 for the charitable arm of the Winnipeg Jets Hockey Club, which was distributed to children’s charities and programs throughout the province. MORE
